About
At MOVE Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy we strive to deliver the best physiotherapy experience with hands on treatment techniques and individually prescribed exercises. We understand that each individual has specific needs and goals and work with you to devise a tailored treatment plan with time frame goals so that you can get back to living the life you love. Our Approach
Initial assessment
A detailed initial assessment allows us get to know you and to precisely assess your condition. It also allows us to provide you with an accurate diagnosis, formulate a treatment plan and work out underlying predisposing factors to prevent reoccurrence.
Hands on treatment
We provide soft tissue and joint manipulation with no reliance on passive machines. We never treat more than one client at a time and treatment is provided in a private room. All techniques used are based on current validated research.
Exercise prescription
We prescribe tailored physiotherapy exercise programs using PhysiApp®, giving you access to guided exercises and allowing you to track progress and connect with us anytime, anywhere. We also make adjustments to the exercise programs as required.

Meet Our Founder, Jenny
Jenny has over 17 years of physiotherapy experience and a patient-centred philosophy with a focus on helping you achieve recovery in the shortest time possible
Throughout her career, Jenny has specialised in musculoskeletal injuries while working in various medical centres and sports-based physiotherapy clinics. This experience allowed her to gain extensive knowledge in managing complex injuries and build relationships with leading Melbourne surgeons and sports physicians.
Jenny is also passionate about helping women during their pregnancy journey and in their post-natal recovery. As a mum of two, and having experience both a caesarean section and a VBAC, Jenny can readily relate to her pregnant patients.
As an exercise-enthusiast, a runner and a certified Clinical Pilates instructor, she has a deep appreciation of the demands placed on athletes and can relate to the demands of your sport. In her spare time she keeps fit with a combination of running, Clinical Pilates and yoga.
Jenny is a full member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), thus binding her to the APA’s position on ethical guidelines and professional code of conduct. The APA exists to improve the health of Australians by supporting best-practice physiotherapy
